Adding "why is that?" question with the emotion report #126

Hi David and Jess,

I have been meaning to post a request for you to add a "And why is that?" question at the bottom of the emotion report window.

The thing is that we have been finding some interesting insights into students minds through these questions (from the Flash version), such as different kinds of confidence, co-occurring emotions "e.g. frustrated because bored" and things like that.

Could you please bring this question back into the system?

I have added a switch to the intervention selector called askWhy=true/false

Which pedagogies would you like this "And why is that added to?"

Please add to all the pedagogies that we have active so far, which are asking for an emotion.
