Status of problems as 'dead' in the MSAdmin #65

We recently realized that a lot of the problems have a status of 'dead' in the MSAdmin.

This is apparently the default value, as opposed as 'in progress'. Also, trying to change it and save does nothing, it changes back to 'dead'.
