The program won't find the reconnected gamepad. Rarely causes crash.

Will try to remove some changes I made on my side. Changed from tick to time.

It works now. Here's the strange things:

Removing every changes I made didn't work.
Reducing the amount of time it waited to refresh made it suddenly work... (Yes, I waited for the updates)
Reapplied the changes I made and it still works...
