Can't extract any zip package because of Permission error #746

Steps to reproduce: download zip from internet - in the example bellow I downloaded icons from flaticon. I can copy paste zip wherever I want but the extract function ends with permission error. I gave Marta full disk access which doesn't help though. Downloads folder has defaults permission options set to "rwx --- ---" Screen Shot 2021-06-05 at 20 08 17

I was affected by this problem as well. However, I was moving files out of a zip file. I clicked abort and my files got lost. Which means there is another bug in there, if a move action is aborted or it fails in any way, files shouldn't be deleted.
