For special characters – []+-=?' and the like, the marta configs are assuming an US keyboard layout, not the actual keyboard layout used.
So for example, on the Germany keyboard layout, the + is located where the ] is located on the US keyboard layout. When binding + in Marta and then pressing the +, is does not work. I do have to assign ] to my desired action, and then I am able to press + to trigger that action.
