Show info without relying on Finder #951

Currently the "Cmd+I" "core.finder.showInfo" command relies on Finder, but I have Finder disabled (so it's not running), and this command reopens it again to show an informational dialog I know Path Finder is able to show info without reopening the Finder process, can something similar be done in Marta?
