Add Cut command to move items across tabs in addition to copy/paste #985

There is a core.clipboard.copy command that allows you co copy/paste files across tabs, but no core.clipboard.cut or core.cut alternative

What about it? It doesn't support this most convenient and widely used elsewhere workflow — cut, move to the destination, paste
