TTS Voice is not the one selected in device's System Settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to verse and press voice button in top bar
2. Or open reading plan and press Speak

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to hear voice/language selected (English United Kingdom) from device's 
System Setting.  Instead always get English United States.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AndBible-1.6.0 and AndBible-20121116. Android 4.2 Build JOP40C

Please provide any additional information below.
AndBible selects the correct speed from System Settings, just not the language.

Hi Gordon,

What is your Language setting in Settings/Language & Input/Language set to?

If it is not English(United Kingdom) then try setting it to that.

Also there are various settings under Settings/Language & Input/Text-to-speech 
output/Preferred engine/<slider image>

The "Settings > Personal > Language & input" setting changed and-bible's TTS 
speech.  Thank you.
