Text size for search results, etc #136

Adjusting the text size in app settings has no effect on the text size for 
search results.

For anyone with a degree of visual impairment, widening the scope of the text 
size setting would be desirable. Alternatively, provide a separate settings 
option for the text size in search results and for My Notes, etc.

Text size setting should also apply for Compare translations.
