Error during creating a search index after updating a module #155

I had module HinERV installed and indexed.

Yesterday, I installed HinERV version 1.1 and afterwards I tried to create the 
search index for the updated module.

"An error has occurred" notice appeared during/after Optimization.

This behaviour was repeatable.

Workaround:

I deleted the HinERV module and started again from scratch.

This time the creation of the search index was successful.
