Run mrdegibbs on reversed phase encoding b=0's #9

As I'm porting the protocol to the container, it immediately jumped out at me that Gibbs ringing removal is not being run on the reversed phase encoding b=0 volumes. This would be fairly easy to add, and would hopefully give a little more stability to the susceptibility field estimation. It would however require updating the protocol description in the manuscript.
