dvtm brings the concept of tiling window management, popularized by X11-window managers like dwm to the console. As a console window manager it tries to make it easy to work with multiple console based programs.
The issue is very similar to this one. My default editor (vis) is envoked when I do Mod+e but when I try to paste with Mod+p nothing happens. Tested on xterm and st, with OpenBSD vi and vis editors, in cwm window manager. I tried invoking the terminal manually from another terminal and from the cwm command menu, as is suggested by the author of the previous issue, unsuccessfully.
