Converted dvtm-cmd.1 and dvtm.1 to mandoc format #51

Maybe you do not want to pull dvtm-cmd.1 directly. You also can pick only files you want or ask me to remove some.

I checked both with mandoc -T lint to check errors and none remain. Are these looking ok to you?

Thanks! I merged the dvtm(1) man page, but left out dvtm-cmd(1) for now because it is currently not distributed with dvtm.

If you could review the existing man page for missing key bindings and/or add man pages for the new dvtm-editor(1) and dvtm-pager(1) that would be appreciated.

Yes, better let the dvtm-cmd.1 for when the script will be in tree.

I'm now having a look at dvtm-editor(1) and dvtm-pager(1). Thank you for implementing them.
