do not install dvtm terminfo #55

The latest ncurses release has mainlined dvtm's normal and -256color terminfo files. Installing them here overrides the ncurses's package and will cause conflicts for package managers.

(Also, congrats on their getting mainlined!)

Well, I think there still is a need to install terminfo files (NetBSD curses, old GNU ncurses), but (GNU) tic doesn’t provide an option for not overwriting… I think it could be tested with TERM=dvtm infocmp 1>/dev/null and checking if the terminfo is different (if you modify dvtm for example).
