This allows the user to click on the tags in the status bar to perform actions. Default actions are:

single click to toggle viewing that tag
double click to switch to viewing only that tag
middle click to view all tags
right click to toggle the current window to that tag

I realized that I've been using this patch for 2 years, so I think it's pretty well tested by now! Time to request a pull for it.
