Create a Website page collection screen #12

The website page collection screen will be launched from the asset collection screen, and will serve the purpose to collect information of each individual pages for the business's website. The screen will used for a single page's asset collection at a time.

Initial activity and fragment has been created. The page title changes depending on which webpage the user is selecting, and upon successful submission (still need to add validation and backend) the user is taken back to the asset collection screen, and the screen displays a green check mask, indicating the user entered the information required for the page.
