pyam example notebook and minor changes #12

A notebook have been created with an example of using the PYAM package to load data saved in the IAMC format.

I'm merging this branch now and you can keep working on the issues that I mentioned above. The typical procedure is that @TimToernes should answer each one of my comments by (a) adding a commit that solves the issue and answering the comment or (b) arguing why he is not taking any action. In this particular case, I'm accepting the pull request so that @Parisra can keep working on it.
