Editor problem #53

Is there a problem with some of the editor's buttons not appearing? phpbb version: 3.3.10 php : 8.0 and 7.4 and and 7.0 Pictures showing the problem : https://up.game-gate.net/uploads/168633899985291.png

I run since today in the sam problem, and only a rollback can fix this for a while. The editor seems to work but no style and buttons appear. Even the normal BBCode Buttons did not appear anymore. As soon you edit any settings inside the ACP menu, the buttons will be gone. Runing PHPBB 3..1.13.. On time you edit things inside ACP this problem happes and even disable and delete enable it back wont fix anything. But it was work till a few hours before.
