New version of dropbear package #8

This new version (same number by the way to keep installation scripts the same) has glibc removed as a dependency which breaks installation of dropbear when a not-yet-rooted-toon has already downloaded 5.0.4 (with a updated glibc package). During installation of dropbear this new glibc is being installed which breaks the toon. So it is important that this new package is being used.

Looks good. I'll merge this now because it may otherwise break someones Toon, but could you let me know the correct version for the package? I'd rather change the script such that the version may be correct.
