Add support for storage #3

I think about using inspec for GCP projects. So your project is very interesting :)

For storage inspection, I would like to have

ACL for buckets
ACL for files, with support of wildcard and recursive options :)

If I can find some time, I will "scratch my own itch" and submit one PR

@tpoindessous Thanks for the feedback. I'm adding a lot of additional functionality this week and will look to work on at least the ACL for buckets and the lifecycle.
