A list of basic goals: We need to make a machine. We need to be able to run a web browser on the machine. We need to get a TED talk slot. We need to succeed.

With us planning on using the spike simulator for software testing we need to have enough of an understanding of riscV and the way the simulator functions in order to properly advance and develop farther with with them. Along that vein we should look for good articles/books that explain both in detail as best we can and link them here so that we can all be on the same page about the tools.
