Ok the idea is optional colored output on the console.

I was thinking: The description remains white, the actual commando and the parameters are colored differently. Would be nice if the colors could be set maybe. And of course everything without adding dependencies.

TODO:

Need to distinguish between Commands and Parameters in the *.ini somehow
Formater Class before printing maybe. Test on new branch
