I thought it would be good to include the credentials used in the example docker-compose files so that people could quickly sign into the admin panel without have to poke around the code.

I added the paragraph and also clarified the descriptions for the admin_user and admin_name parameters, as admin_name description used the word username, which actually isn't the parameter for the username that the admin panel uses for signing in.

I really didn't think about people using the provided docker-compose files in production... Now I'm thinking we should maybe remove the defaults all together :thinking: but that's another issue
