[BUG] (Broken clock after major Windows 11 update)

The issue seems similar to a previous one I already encountered in the past.
Basically notifications broke ElevenClock. It worked like a charm before last Windows update (KB5030310). Actually I'm running on: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.2361
