does not update & shows the same Time / also crashing when manual sync with internet

does not update & shows the same Time when using custom time format:

%a-%H:%m KW%W-%d.%m

also shows + some minutes it is 12:06 but eleven clock shows 12:09, switch custom format does not help

also crashing when manual sync with internet and no custom timeserver is set
