I can confirm the issue, for me it appears to be fixed after disabling the powershell manager (and restart of wingetui)

I have the following (probably unrelated) error and stacktrace in the wingetui log.

After disabling Powershell and Scoop, it looks like the issue is solved. Thanks @ericvenneker
I had this issue for weeks (even before 3.0.0), i just didnt bother to make an Issue... :D
Can confirm now that disabling Powershell fixed it for me too!
I am also seeing this issue. When powershell is selected the loading bar is always running. If I disable powershell it finishes finding updates and goes away. If I only have powershell selected it continues running and says 'Loading...' in Software Updates page. I tried this with and without the option to always run PowerShell with administrator rights, and with and without allow parallel. They all give the same results of forever 'Loading...'.
Software Updates screen with only PowerShell Package Manager
Software Updates screen with PowerShell and npm Package Managers when update is available
I also found that you need to fully exit and re-start WingetUI after changing package manager selections for it to actually take effect, which I'll open a separate ticket for if I can't find one.
Please confirm these before moving forward
