[BUG] Winget package cannot be found when search query contains special characters #2320

Please confirm these before moving forward

Describe your issue

Winget packages are not found when the search query contains a special character, even when "ignore special characters" is selected.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. On Discover Packages, search nilesoft.shell. Observe no Winget results.
  2. Search nilesoft shell. Observe the Winget result with packageId Nilesoft.Shell
