[BUG] Cannot install beta release

When trying to install latest beta, this error happens:

File cannot be executed in temporary folder. Access denied.

The installation worked after deactivating real-time-scan of Microsoft Defender but now on each restart I get the above mentioned message!

With the stable release the issue is gone.
