I really do not know how not to say this offensively.
And neither do I. You don't know how exasperating it is to make something for free, for people to use, just to get replied about how bad your application is.
Is there any more effective way a package manager can ask its user to finally give it up and uninstall it completely, than by being unable to even update itself?
Well, if you have been using WingetUI for some weeks and you are using right now UniGetUI 3.1.0 (which was released yesterday), rest assured the autoupdater has done its job properly. In fact, what is failing here is WinGet trying to install an older beta over the stable release. This is a bug with WinGet, and not with UniGetUI. Nevertheless, I am actively trying to fix this issue, so users don't get confused by a false version. What you can do for the time being, is right click the false update -> Skip this version.

Btw, thanks for pointing out the issues on the bug template, the button in question, was located in the top-right corner of the window on versions prior to 3.0.X. The incorrection has already been fixed.
Please confirm these before moving forward

Describe your issue
Brother I admire your effort and I shrugged off the various weekly errors while trying to update all sorts of packages by now, and I have thought really hard about how to say what I want to say without being a prick but please, bear with me, think about it and try to reply to me:

Also, your bug reporting form instructs users to click "THE BUTTON" (seriously... there are various buttons all over the place, you need to tell users what "THE BUTTON" says on its label) on the top right corner, while its in the bottom left corner... π₯²
