[BUG] After update to 3.1.0 stable, packages installed from chocolatey are not visible at all #2425

Describe your issue

Before update to 3.1.0 WingetUI correctly recognized packages installed from chocolatey ( I was using Chocolatey GUI for my installs). All was working fine until I updated to UnigetUI 3.1.0. After update all packages installed from chocolatey are not visible. I tried switching to system chocolatey, but no luck either. Tried to completely uninstall UnigetUI and reinstall, but did not help. Running UnigetUI as admin also did not help
