Are you running UniGetUI elevated?
Im not sure but i dont think so i just downloaded this to try to fix another problem on my computer so im new to this whole app
Please try to:
UniGetUI Settings
-> WinGet
-> enable Allow using class registered with lower trust
Your issue will be fixed
I followed the steps and still am getting the error message

You need to restart UniGetUI after enabling that setting
I have restarted my pc since installing the beta and it still wont let me update or uninstall anything, sorry for the late response i have been busy
