Typo in variable name in `get_session_questions()` #3

In get_session_questions(), the variable "qustion_to_minister_title" should be "question_to_minister_title".

The issue also present for the following variables in the same function:

qustion_number
qustion_to_id
qustion_to_minister_id
qustion_to_minister_title
