List colonist names #13

A command to list all current colonist names would be good seeing as now !showcolony does not list all colonists. I often cannot read the text on the colonist bar so am not certain who is dead and if nobody !deds someone it is difficult to know who you need to !ded after a while.

!colonists (mod) - list all current alive colonists

I think we can pull this a little wider. If we need !ded only to let the queue know who is still alive, and need !colonists only to check whom to !ded, we need neither.

At the same time, !ded ing people is fun (FG plays rimworld, half chat dies. Hilarity ensues), and a log of the carnage seemed sort of fun as well to me, but so far that isn't really showing its worth.

This needs more than my brain at this time of day

Possibly tie this in with #5? This might be a sizable undertaking of dubious value; is driving traffic outside of Twitch desirable? There are pros and cons
