TMI is a general purpose application to track any sort of data. User defined metrics are set up in a dashboard which can be accessible for reading and updating data.
Before building anything, we want to pick what technologies we will use besides C#/.NET and Next.js (think of deployment, database, communication between frontend/backend, etc).
DoD:
Write an adjustable document describing what technologies we will use and the reasoning behind it.
Keep this documentation in the root folder of TMI.
