required R version / environment for offline install

I am trying to install LION-web offline using R on my local machine. I haven't been able to get it to install using:

R version 4.1
R version 3.6 I get the following error: Installation failed: 'BiocInstaller' must be installed to install Bioconductor packages. My understanding is that this generally happens when using R version >= 3.6 Do you know if it will LIOn-web will install with R version <=3.5 ? thanks !

Hi user,

On my machine it is running on R v4.1. Do you have problems in installing specific packages?

If you post some specific error messages, I can have a look.
