Most likely, the error is indeed caused by the tabs as separators, LION/web expects comma separators. We say something about this in the 'input' paragraph in the FAQ (https://martijnmolenaar.github.io/lipidontology.com/faq.html).

Hi developer(s) of Lion-web @martijnmolenaar ; I've recently explored your tool with some students of mine, and we received the following error:
I believe this error arises when uploading a .csv file (which actually contains tabs as separators; I am reusing a dataset from the Metabolight repository and they have a tab as a standard separator). It took me some time to figure this out, and I couldn't find documentation on the errors. Would it be possible to add a FAQ or something, to help people along with this?
