Hi,
I have tried to input some Sphingoid bases as defined in https://www.lipidmaps.org/data/structure/LMSDSearch.php?Mode=ProcessClassSearch&LMID=LMSP01 .
More specifically, SPBP 16:1;O2 SPBP 17:1;O2 SPBP 18:0;O2 SPBP 18:1;O2 SPBP 18:2;O2 SPBP 19:1;O2 SPBP 20:1;O2
Sphingoid bases are also present in the LION ontology https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/LION/?p=classes&conceptid=http%3A%2F%2Fpurl.obolibrary.org%2Fobo%2FLION_0000076
Unfortunately when I key in these lipids,
It did not got detected as a Sphingoid base
Is there something that I need to do ? Kindly advise
Dear JauntyJJS,
I believe the class abbreviations for sphingoid bases are not supported at the moment. We will add it to the list to be included in the next update!
