Hi Nick,
I have actually checked out prusa slicer before switching to Cura. I remember it sort of worked without any modifications, see the attached 3mf file. The main issue with Prusa Slicer was that the prime pillar support is pretty limited and and doesn't work at all if the nozzles are not the same size. In my opinion you really need a prime pillar for making good quality multi-material prints with the Diabase. I know it is possible to make an python post-processing script for prusa slicer, but I don't know if can get the parameters that you set in the slicer itself. Not having those parameters would make it much harder to write a good post processor.
Best regards,
Martijn
Hey since Prusa Slicer 2.3 is now letting you paint supports and a seam now. Any thoughts on how to make something like this and use Prusa slicer instead? I know we had the cura bug but looking at the use of Prusa Slicer now with all the added features. I didn't know of any other way to message you. Thanks
Nick
