temperature handling for SCSI/SAS disks improved, time measurements added, SSD recognision for GUI added (more work needed to make GUI look good on 80x25 displays)

All looking good. I need to run a couple of tests on Tuesday and allow any others who use SAS setups to comment then I'll commit the code Tuesday/Wednesday.
