Feature: Add setup wizard on first startup #51

Add a wizard when you first start the PAM (or after resetting it) which will allow the user to choose the most common options.

Almost done. Request to add a rotate screen option Add ability to run setup again

Please add the rotate function in the settings, as well as a function to see the mouse cursor on/off. I tried to edit the config.txt, with 'lcd_rotate=2', but it gets overruled after booting into the software.
