App crashes on output device soundcard #89

Hello

I found a new error today while testing. In the output device settings, you must first disable and then re-enable so that you can select a device. However, you can not adjust the volume after that. If you want to adjust the volume, the app crashes. Can you take a look at it when you get a chance.

I believe this was fixed in version 1.4
