Authorizing api for Oauth2 doesn't work in the APIs explorer (with analytics) #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I went to https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/#p/analytics/v3/
2. Click on the button next to: Authorize requests using OAuth 2.0
3. Authorize the Oauth2 application (if nessesary)
4. Reload the same paga

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After I reloaded the page, I expected that the Oauth2 button would remain 'On', 
but instead of that, the button whent to the 'Off' state again after the reload 
of the page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I was using the Google Api's Explorer from 
https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer
On windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
