Google Cloud Endpoints API Not Refreshing After Updating #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update Endpoints in Android Studio
2. Maven clean, install, appengine:update
3. Getting "Endpoints: https://1-dot-******.appspot.com/_ah/api/endpoint@v1 
Saved" in Google Dev console logs.

I've waited 2 hours. Cleared cache. Using private mode. Endpoints wont update.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 1.9.11
