Google Contacts API not listed in Google API explorer #260

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Google has a contacts API: 
https://developers.google.com/google-apps/contacts/v3/
2. API explorer doesn't mention it: 
https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/#p/

Or did I misunderstand something?
