This migrates MOMoT to MOEA 2.12.

Hi Sebastian, Thank you very much for this really valuable contribution! I rebased the change on the current master from my IDE with a few changes (fixing old classpath entries and adding exported packages) and expected this pull-request to close. I will close it manually now, sorry for that!
