at first: Great job, thank you for sharing it. I use it as a "range extender" to give my camera located at the farest point away from my house in my garden the possibility to send its alarm videos to my server. Works reliably and stable.
I've tried the OTA update, configured the server and ota_host / ota_port as described, downloaded the .zip file, extracted 0x02000 and 0x82000, put it on my webserver. Update starts (ota update), but immediately the devices enters into a boot lop. Logging using serial port:
