[BUGFIX] Block Dependabot updates for Symfony components #147

Dependabot does not recognize multi-version dependencies and will happily mangle them (like in #143).

Does this possible resolve itself with the changes from https://github.com/martin-helmich/typo3-typoscript-lint/pull/146?

No, those two issues (the missing caret and multi-version dependencies for Dependabot) are unrelated.
