phar file missing #169

Hi,

I noticed, that the last release had no phar-file. I´m using this for my nightly docker build: https://github.com/brosua/docker-typo3-typoscript-lint

Is there a reason, why this file is missing?

No, this is not intentional. Looks like the latest build just failed. I'll investigate.

Any update on this? Without the phar there are no updates via phive.

Aw crap, this completely slipped my mind... 🤦‍♂️ Apologies. 😕 I'll see if I can get this back up and running again.

v3.1.1 now has a working PHAR -- luckily, it was just an expired GPG key... 😅
