tracked_files.json not updating #18

Hi, I've noticed that my tracked_files.json does not update when tracking the new note. While the obsidian is still open, the note appears in the recall section and obsidian shows the phrase "Next Review: Now!". However, after reloading obsidian the note is not tracked. I've noticed that the tracked_files.json only updates if I reload the recall plugin in the settings before I close obsidian. Any idea what might solve the issue? (This happens both on my Mac and Manjaro desktop using obsidian (0.15.9)).

I have a similar problem with Obsidian Sync. From the logs, I can see that the file was picked up and synchronized, but the queues have been different on the devices for a long time, and I'm not sure if they got synchronized correctly. Restarts don't help.
