tracked_files is created in main vault folder #2

I'm not sure if this was intended, but personally I would prefer if it was stored in the obsidian-srs folder.

Really only one sentence is needed to explain this issue, but it felt a little too direct, so I'll add this sentence which simply exists to say thanks for working on a plugin that will help a lot of people!

Yes! Originally I actually did store it in the plugin folder, but moved it to the main vault folder since I thought people would appreciate having an easier time finding it to look at it/modify it. However, adding a config setting for this is easy enough and will be added shortly.
